Running Programs for Beginners
Adults interested in beginning a run/walk - to improve their fitness and health in a social group coached environment.
Beginners will be able to cover 3.32 miles -Galloway training method run/walk/run style to minimize injuries and enables participants to achieve their goals.
Wednesday: 7:00 pm (summer work outs, Mid-May through late August)
6:30 pm spring, fall and winter-track work outs
Saturday 6:15 am
Amenities: Parking lot, water, route directions
