Monday Evening: Hill Repeats. Group meets at 7:00 p.m. at CVS (13960 Landstar Blvd, Orlando, FL) at the corner of Landstar & Town Center Blvd for 'hill repeats' - a run over the bridges along Town Center Blvd. Distance is 3-5 miles.
Tuesday Morning: Speed Workout. Group meets at 5:30 a.m. at Peace United Methodist Church (13502 Town Loop Boulevard, Orlando, FL) for speed workout generally consisting of 1 mile warm-up, followed by a number of 400m, 800m, or 1 mile repeats, and a 1 mile easy run to cool down. 4-6 miles total distance. The exact workout is posted on our Members Facebook Group the day before.
Wednesday Evening: Group meets at 6:30 p.m. at Osprey Park (5100 Town Center Blvd, Orlando, FL) for 3-6 miles. Meet adjacent to the Baseball Fields. Due to later daylight (DST), mid-March through September the meeting is at 7:00 p.m. at Osprey Park.
Saturday Morning: (All levels) Group meets at 6:00 a.m. at Hunter’s Creek Town Hall, 14101 Town Loop Blvd. Actual running starts at 6:15 a.m. There is usually a beginner leader, for those new to running or wanting a slower pace walk/run. The rest of the group runs a course of 5-10 miles at various paces. We hope to see you there!
Sunday Morning: (All levels) Group meetup is at 7:00 a.m. at Osprey Park, 5100 Town Center Blvd. This group runs various distances from 3 to 10 miles. Meet adjacent to the basketball courts. DO NOT park across the street from Osprey Park. The group sometimes does the Shingle Creek Trail (conditions permitting), which is an unpaved nature trail.
Please note: All other runs, not listed in the official HCRC run schedule above, that may be arranged personally amongst members are considered ‘non-sanctioned’ runs. Non-sanctioned runs are not covered by RRCA Insurance and, as such, each member accepts their own personal responsibility and liability to act in a safe and responsible manner”
